Pine Valley
Plantation is a resident-owned 55+ mobile home community located in
Belchertown, a lush green rural area of Western Massachusetts.
 Pine
Valley was incorporated in 1986 when residents together purchased the 150
acre park from its private owner. As a co-operative, residents each own a
share in the park. There are nearly 390 manufactured homes on lots of
approximately 6,600 square feet each.
Belchertown,
situated on route 9 just ten miles southeast of Amherst, is the second
largest town, in area, in Massachusetts. First settled in 1731, it is the
perfect blend of a quaint old New
 England
town and a modern bedroom community. It's striking town green, ringed with
white churches and colonial homes is the site of band concerts, festivals
and community activities throughout the year. The annual Belchertown Fair,
one of the oldest continuously operated fairs in the country, takes place
there each fall.
Within a
few
miles in every direction there are numerous attractions, shopping and
activities. Pine Valley Plantation is truly Retirement Living at its
