About Us

Pine Valley is managed by a Board of Directors comprised of a President, Treasurer, Secretary and six directors elected by the shareholders at our annual meeting held in October.  Our monthly open meeting of the Board is held on the second Thursday of the month and we strongly encourage all residents to attend.

Pine Valley Plantation offers a number of activities for those who wish to participate.  Our monthly newsletter keeps residents informed of upcoming events and functions. We also encourage our residents to volunteer for the various committees that work to keep our community thriving.

Our community building, The Manor, offers a free lending library, pool table and card tables on the main floor.  Downstairs at ground level is a full kitchen and large meeting/dining room available to residents for private functions. A small rental fee and refundable deposit is required.

Available outdoor activities include shuffleboard, bocci, horseshoes, gardening and fishing. An 18 hole golf course is currently under construction across the street and Mill Valley Golf Links is a 10 minute drive. Social events throughout the year include cards, bingo, community dinners, cookouts - just to name a few.  .  

We are a "pet friendly" community. Residents can have a cat or dog, not to exceed 25 lbs, fully grown.

RV storage sites, some with electric hookups, are available for a nominal fee. Also available are locked postal boxes and cable television.

The grounds are beautifully kept and include three ponds and an abundance of trees and wildlife.
