Share Information and Maintenance Fees

Share Purchases at Pine Valley Plantation
To purchase a home, the buyer must be at least 55 years old and, in the case of a couple, the second person must be 50 years old or more. Prospective buyers must purchase a share of stock in the Park.  The current share price is $20,000.

Maintenance Fees - 2010
A monthly fee of $172 covers weekly trash / recycling collection, sewer system maintenance and usage fee, water, common grounds and buildings maintenance (including snow removal), and the monthly town license fee.

Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their individual lots.
